Service Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver
orbika is software delivered online, in your web browser, on phone, tablet or computer. Nothing physical is shipped.
2. When access starts
Access starts immediately when you create your business, with a 14-day free trial. Once you pay for a plan, access continues without interruption.
3. Confirmation and invoices
Razorpay emails a confirmation and invoice for every payment. Your invoices are also available in Settings → Billing in the web app.
4. If something doesn't work
If you can't use orbika after a payment, email support@orbika.app. We respond within 2 business days.
