Every new business gets 14 days of the full Team plan, with no card needed. Choose a plan any time during the trial and nothing is interrupted.

Your business becomes read-only. You and your team can still see everything, but can't add bookings or check items in and out until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.

Everyone who can sign in to your business, including you. A pending invite also holds a seat until it's accepted, withdrawn or expires. Team includes 3; add more for ₹299/month each.

No. Add as many spaces, items and photos as you need. Photo storage is fair use, around 25 GB per business, and we'll only get in touch if you go far beyond that.

Yes, from Settings → Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the business becomes read-only.

Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months. Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of the first payment. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

It's kept read-only for 60 days, and you can download it from Settings → Billing. We email reminders on days 30, 50 and 59, and delete it after day 60.

The price shown is what you pay.

Razorpay retries automatically and everything keeps working for 3 days. If every retry fails, the business becomes read-only until you pay.

Yes. orbika runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and every team member signs in with their own account. A native iOS app is on the way.
